- How much deposit do I have to pay?
- 30% deposit (paid by bank transfer or online will secure any booking, with the balance and any extras paid in resort upon key collection or any time before arrival.
- How do I pay my deposit?
- Deposits can be paid by bank transfer or securely online. To pay online simply create an account with login details and password. You can access your booking at any time
- How do I pay my balance?
- Your balance can be paid in resort when you collect your keys or before you arrive online
- Do I have to pay a damage deposit?
- Yes, there is a £150 refundable damage deposit on apartments and £200 on villas (in cash).
- This money will be refunded (in cash) before you leave after inspection.
- If I cancel my booking, do I get my deposit refunded?

- Can I transfer my deposit to another property and date?
- Yes, this is allowed depending on availability
- I want to book a transfer, what do I do, and how much is it?
- Send your complete flight details to us and we will arrange your private transfer. On the day of arrival your transfer will be waiting for you at the airport pick up point with a named sign. On the day of your departure your transfer will collect you approx. 3 hours before your check in time. This will be confirmed by a member of the rentals team
- £35 per way for upto 4 people
- £45 per way for upto 8 people
- £6 per way per person for any additional people over 8
- I will need baby/infant equipment whilst I am in resort can you help?
- We have a limited stock of cots and highchairs which we can rent to you at a cost of £25 per week. Child / Infant seats will be supplied FOC for your transfers to and from the airport (please advise at the time of booking) If you require any other equipment such as push chairs, baby baths, toys etc we can assist you in renting these items from a local company (price on application)
- Can I order a welcome pack?
- We can provide a welcome pack. Please ask for more details and price.
- Can we drink the tap water?
- Whilst the tap water here is safe to drink, we recommend that you use bottled water to avoid any upset tummies.
- Where do I get the property keys from?
- If arriving between the hours of 8am and 8pm a member of the rentals team will meet you at the property with keys.
- If arriving between the hours of 8pm and 12 midnight the keys can be collected from our office in Hisaronu or we can give them to our transfer driver (if you have a transfer with us)
- If arriving between the hours of 12 midnight and 8am keys can be given to your transfer driver or left at our Restaurant for collection.
- Do I have to bring my own towels?
- We will supply you with hand towels and bath towels for daily use. We do not provide beach towels so you will need to bring your own.
- What time can we arrive / leave at the property?
- Check in is 4pm
- Check out is 11am

- Is the cost of electricity and gas included in the holiday price?
- Yes, all electricity and gas is included in the price of the holiday.
- Can we add more people to the maximum occupancy?
- Some of our properties will allow for an extra small bed. These beds are only suitable for teenagers or small children. Please ask for more information on costs and to see if your chosen villa will allow for extra occupants.

- Can I smoke in the property?
- All of our properties are strictly non smoking properties. If you do smoke in the property this will result in loss of your damage deposit. However, you can smoke on the balconies and terraces. (Please use the ashtrays provided and be aware of any fire hazards)
- How often will the property be cleaned?
- Your property will be cleaned for your arrival and if you are staying longer than a week there will be another clean after approx. 7 days.
- How often will the pool be cleaned?
- The pool and surrounding area will be cleaned and checked every day.
- What do I do if we have any problems whilst at the property?
- Every property will have an information pack. Here you will find numbers for local doctors, hospitals etc but there is also contact details for a member of the rentals team.
