The price of the accommodation includes the following: Electricity, linen, cleaning, hot water, central heating, pool and garden maintenance
Sorry, we do not allow pets at this property.
ACCEPTANCE OF CHILDREN
We welcome children of all ages at the property but must always be supervised.
CANCELLATION AND INSURANCE
By making your booking, our agreement is a legal contract and your deposit is non-refundable. If you need to cancel your booking you can do so free of charge up to 24 hours after making the booking
If you cancel your booking up to 14 weeks prior there will be 100% loss of deposit.
If you cancel your booking up to 8 weeks prior to your booking we require 60% of the booking total
If you cancel your booking up to 4 weeks prior we will require 100% of the booking total
If you do not arrive at the property within 24 hours of your arrival without notifying us, we shall be entitled to treat the booking as cancelled with full loss of holiday and monies paid.
If we cancel your booking or make a significant change we will, where possible, inform you prior to departure. If we must cancel your booking you will receive a full refund. If we make significant changes to your booking, we will offer a like for like replacement. If this is not possible, we will refund the difference between the original booking and replacement booking *unless your booking is cancelled due to force majeure (ie disaster or pandemic see below)
We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance to cover this cost.
Cancellations due to Extraordinary cases (ie Force Majeure) In the event of an unavoidable event occurring either in resort or worldwide we will review the above clauses and act in accordance with the FCO (Foreign Commonwealth Office) guidelines and offer a 100% refund. For avoidance of doubt Extraordinary can mean anything from war, virus, disease, terrorism and risk to human health and life.
Compensation will not be paid under any circumstances regarding any Force Majeure or unavoidable event.
We would only cancel your holiday if your accommodation was unavailable for reasons beyond our control. We would however attempt to offer you alternative accommodation. If this was not possible, or unacceptable to you, then we would refund all monies paid by you for the holiday.
Our liability would not extend beyond this refund.
Your accommodation will be available to you from 4pm on the day of arrival, unless otherwise arranged. We may not be able to accommodate you if you arrive earlier than the agreed time as we will be busy preparing your rooms.
LATE ARRIVALS PROCEEDURE
Please ensure you contact us no later than 24 hours before you arrive to let us know if you will be arriving late. Failure to notify us may result property being re let
Please be ready to leave the accommodation by 12 noon on the day of departure, unless otherwise arranged
DAMAGES & BREAKAGES
Please take care when staying in our property. You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages, which you cause, to the accommodation or its contents. For small breakages all we ask is that you report any incidents as they occur.
We do not normally charge for minor breakages, however a damage deposit will be taken and retained for any significant damage
We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or our employees or contractors whilst acting in the course of employment.
Any data collected during the course of this booking will be stored on our computer(s). With your permission we may from time to time contact you about promotions and offers. We will not share your details with any third party.
